We are what we eat. It is important that we feed our bodies with nutritious Whole Foods. Feeding your body living things awakens it. In addition to eating well exercising is paramount to your health. It helps to release stress, gives you energy, keeps the body strong and youthful. "Your body is a temple." CORINTHIANS 6:19-20
